The Brighthelm Centre

Welcome to the Brighthelm Centre

We are a community space with meeting and performance rooms for hire,  and have been based in this city-centre location since 1987.

We have a lovely multi-purpose auditorium suitable for theatre productions, concerts and conferences as well as many other rooms on five floors with various capacities.

On the ground floor we have a light and airy cafe with home cooked food served every weekday.

We are planning to develop our community garden and to become a city centre focus for sustainable living.
